The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC) announced that SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. (SCG Chemicals), a wholly owned subsidiary of SCC to acquire an additional 70% shares in HTExplore S.R.L. (HTExplore) in Italy for a total consideration of 1.4 million Euro (or approximately 55 million Baht). As SCG Chemicals already holds a 30% stake, this acquisition will raise SCG Chemicals’ shareholding in HTExplore to 100%. 

Since last Friday, the company named Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH) had changed and was no longer the same as it had changed the company name to Ratch Group Public Company Limited, though still using the same trading symbol (RATCH), and proclaimed its greatness by expanding the business to public utilities and other businesses instead of its usual electricity generation.

Valuation อยู่ในระดับที่แพงแล้ว 2.ที่ผ่านมาตลาดหุ้นอยู่ในภาวะ Overbought ต่อเนื่อง10 เดือนติดต่อกัน 3.เศรษฐกิจที่แปรผกผันกับตลาดหุ้น (Negative Divergence) จากเดิมที่มักเคลื่อนไหวในทิศทางเดียวกัน และ 4.เข้าสู่ภาวะปิดความเสี่ยง (Risk Off Mode) ของนักลงทุนจากความกังวลในเรื่องสภาพคล่องที่จะปรับลดลง และเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ แข็งค่า รวมถึงการปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยและการปรับลดงบดุลของธนาคารกลางสหรัฐฯ (Fed)
