รายงานข่าวจากวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เปิดเผยว่า สมาคมด้านธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะเข้าพบนายกรัฐมนตรีที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาลในวันพรุ่งนี้ (3 ก.ย.63) เพื่อแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ และนำข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ ในการสนับสนุนธุรกิจและลดอุปสรรคต่อการเติบโตของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เข้าหารือ โดยหนึ่งในประเด็นที่คาดว่าจะเสนอต่อรัฐบาลคือการปลดล็อกมาตรการควบคุมสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย (LTV) ที่ประกาศไว้โดยธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) และการลดเพดานราคาบ้านที่ได้รับสิทธิลดค่าธรรมเนียมการโอนและจำนอง

ด้านผลการดำเนินงานในรอบ 1H60 มีกำไรสุทธิ 24 ล้านบาท ลดลง 17% y-o-y อัตรากำไรสุทธิ (net margin) เป็น 3.2% ถือว่าไม่มาก กระแสเงินสดจาการดำเนินงานเป็น -18 ล้านบาท มีอัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อทุนที่ 2.6 เท่า นับว่าสูง จึงอาจเป็นที่มาของการเพิ่มทุนจำนวนมาก ROE เป็น 10.2% ด้าน Trailing P/E และ P/BV อยู่ในเกณฑ์สูงมากเป็น 107.4 และ 9.4 เท่า ตามลำดับ ประการสำคัญคือ บริษัทจะต้องทำอัตราการเติบโตกำไรให้ได้สูงกว่า dilution effect จำนวนมากที่จะทยอยเกิดขึ้นจากการเพิ่มทุน
