The determination of the fuel pipeline transportation system to North Eastern Region Project total value is based on its return and generally accepted valuation approach by the financial advisor (Trinity Securities Co., Ltd.). สำหรับการออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ รวมถึงการเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนในครั้งนี้ บริษัทเตรียมแผนงานที่จะเพิ่มช่องทางในการหารายได้ให้แก่กลุ่มบริษัท ภายใต้ Investment Platform เพื่อการลงทุนในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์และการก่อสร้าง โดยมีกลุ่มบริษัทที่ทำหน้าที่หาผู้ลงทุน (Ensemble Equity PTE., LTD. และ Profin Group) และบริษัทผู้คัดเลือกโครงการที่น่าสนใจ (Project One) เกิดเป็นโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (Project SPV) ที่บริษัทในเครือ PPS ทั้งหมดสามารถต่อยอดโอกาสนี้ในการทำหน้าที่เป็น Project support หรือ Technical service

โดยการเลื่อนการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปีดังกล่าวจะไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานบริษัทฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ รวมทั้งสิทธิของผู้ถือหุ้นในการรับเงินปันผล ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะจัดให้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทภายในวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2563  เพื่อให้มีมติเกี่ยวกับการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลแทนการจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีให้กับผู้ถือหุ้น โดยบริษัทได้มีการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจากผลการดำเนินงานงวดวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2562-วันที่ 30 กันยายน 2562 ไปแล้วในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.20 บาท คงเหลือเงินปันผลที่จะจ่ายในงวดนี้อัตราหุ้นละ 0.05 บาท
