(Kyanite) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่มี Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (Temasek) เป็นผู้ถือหุ้นทางอ้อมในหุ้นทั้งหมดของบริษัท ได้เปิดเผยว่า Kyanite ได้ประกาศเจตนาทำคำเสนอซื้อหลักทรัพย์บางส่วนโดยสมัครใจแบบมีเงื่อนไขบังคับก่อน (การทำคำเสนอซื้อบางส่วน (Partial Offer) เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งหุ้นสามัญของ Keppel Corporation Limited (Keppel) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นทางอ้อมของบริษัท เมื่อวันที่ 21 ต.ค.62
