สำหรับการขายหุ้นในบริษัทดังกล่าว เนื่องจากบริษัท PT Estha Yudha Ekatama ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย มีรายได้ที่ลดลงในระยะเวลา 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา อีกทั้งมีผลประกอบการขาดทุนในปี 63 บริษัทจึงมีความเชื่อมั่นว่าการจำหน่ายหุ้นสามัญดังกล่าว จะเพิ่มสภาพคล่องให้ กับบริษัท และเกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้ถือหุ้น เนื่องจากบริษัทจะได้รับกำไรจากการจำหน่ายหุ้นสามัญ
