นายประพล พรประภา กรรมการ บริษัท ฐิติกร จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TK เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทคาดว่ารายได้และกำไรของบริษัทในปีนี้จะเติบโตจากปีก่อนที่มีรายได้ 3,394.13 ล้านบาท และ กำไร 408.25 ล้านบาท โดยมองว่าอัตรากำไรสุทธิเฉลี่ยทั้งปีจะไม่ต่ำกว่าช่วงไตรมาส 1/59 ที่ระดับ 13.58% ซึ่งสูงขึ้นจากปีก่อนที่ 12.03% เนื่องจากต้นทุนทางการเงินที่ดีขึ้น และบริษัทฯยังมีการปล่อยสินเชื่อที่มีความเข้มงวดมากขึ้นด้วย

Regarding to the notice through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the BBL Asset Management Company Limited or Bualuang Fund announced the disposition of KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (KCE)’s securities, which has disposed of 4,100,000 shares or 0.3495%, resulting Bualuang Fund to hold 4.7877% of voting rights after a disposition, the transaction dated on February 14, 2020.    

Regarding to the notice through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the BBL Asset Management Company Limited or Bualuang Fund announced the disposition of KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (KCE)’s securities, which has disposed of 4,100,000 shares or 0.3495%, resulting Bualuang Fund to hold 4.7877% of voting rights after a disposition, the transaction dated on February 14, 2020.    

นอกจากนี้ ในการก่อสร้างคลังน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง รวมถึงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของโครงการฯ นั้น NFCT จะทำการว่าจ้างผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างรายหนึ่ง ขณะที่จะเข้าทำสัญญาเช่าที่ดินจากกนอ.เพื่อการอุตสาหกรรมสำหรับพื้นที่โครงการฯ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่ NFCT รับโอนสิทธิการเช่าไปจากบริษัท กำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่า 30 ปี โดยคาดว่า NFCT จะลงนามในสัญญาเช่าที่ดินดังกล่าวกับกนอ.ได้ภายในไตรมาส 2/2562
