The total investment of this project is 79 billion baht, splitting into two portions. The government will invest no more than 55.8 billion baht on the land ownership for the construction, and construction. While the other portion will be given to the contractor to build the system, rest areas, consultants as well as operation and maintenance for 30 years from the commencement date.
