บริษัท อินเตอร์แนชั่นเนิลเอนจีเนียริง จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ IEC ระบุว่า บริษัทแจ้งยกเลิกการเสนอขายหุ้นเพิ่มทุนให้กับบุคคลในวงจำกัด (PP) หลังผู้ถือหุ้นรายย่อยของบริษัทจำนวนหลายรายได้ร้องเรียนไปยังสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ไม่เห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอดังกล่าวของบริษัท ซึ่งบริษัทเห็นว่าเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความแตกแยกระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้นและเพื่อรักษาไว้ซึ่งผลประโยชน์ของผู้ถือหุ้นโดยรวมร่วมกัน
