For the first half of 2019, BGRIM s performance was in line with TRIS Rating s forecast. Revenue was at Bt21.1 billion, a 24.5% growth from the same period in 2018. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Bt5.2 billion, up from Bt4.6 billion from the same period in 2018. The increased revenue and EBITDA was due to the commencement of the 12 new projects, the acquisition of a 51% stake in B.Grimm Yanhee Solar Power Co., Ltd. (BGYSP), and the acquisition of a 100% stake in GLOW SPP1 Co., Ltd. (SPP1).

ทั้งนี้ผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาสดังกล่าวพลิกขาดทุน มีสาเหตุมาจากรายได้รวมอยู่ที่ 1,743.88 ล้านบาท ลดลง 13,830.85 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 88.80 จากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อนที่มีรายได้รวม 15,574.73 ล้านบาท โดยเป็นรายได้จากการขายหรือบริการลดลง 13,795.43 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 91.27 จากการลดลงทั้งรายได้เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน 8,110.38 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 97.46 และรายได้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับกิจการการบิน 5,685.05 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 83.69 เนื่องจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ส่งผลให้จำนวนเที่ยวบินและจำนวนผู้โดยสารโดยรวมลดลง รวมทั้งรายได้อื่นลดลง 35.42 ล้านบาท หรือร้อยละ 7.70

สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ หรือ ก.ล.ต. เปิดเผยว่า จากกรณีที่ปรากฏข่าวว่ามีกลุ่มผู้ได้รับความเสียหายได้เข้าแจ้งความกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจากลงทุนกับ บริษัท แฮช บีเอ็กซ์ โกลบอล จำกัด (HashBX Global Co.,Ltd) นั้น ทาง ก.ล.ต. ได้รับการร้องเรียนจากผู้ลงทุน และพบข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากเรื่องดังกล่าว  ซึ่งในปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างการรวบรวมข้อเท็จจริงและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพิจารณาว่า มีการดำเนินการในส่วนใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ พ.ร.ก. การประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล หรือกฎหมายอื่นภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของ ก.ล.ต. หรือไม่
