ทั้งนี้ ถ้าอังกฤษออกจากสหภาพยุโรป (อียู) ทำให้อาจจะเกิด Panic Sell ซึ่งมองว่าน่าจะเป็นโอกาสในการเข้าซื้อ และน่าจะไม่หลุดแนว 1,380 จุด เพราะกรณีที่เกิดขึ้นนี้มองว่าไม่น่าจะกระทบต่อปัจจัยพื้นฐานของตลาดฯ แต่จะกระทบแค่การเคลื่อนย้ายเงินทุน แต่ถ้าอังกฤษอยู่ในอียูต่อ ก็อาจจะทำให้ตลาด rally ต่อได้ ซึ่งในแง่ปัจจัยพื้นฐานของตลาดฯทางเคจีไอฯได้ประเมินเป้าหมายไว้ที่ระดับ 1,500 จุดในปีนี้ ดังนั้นในแง่การลงทุนอยากให้ยึดที่ปัจจัยพื้นฐานมากกว่า

Plan B Media Public Company Limited (PLANB) announced in reference to the Traffic and Transport Department of Bangkok has opened the bidding for the bidding of the rights of 1,170 PR billboards of Bangkok and the maintenance of 691 passenger stations for Group D smart bus stops. PLANB has signed an official agreement with the Traffic and Transportation Department of Bangkok for the Rights of PR billboards for 10 contract years. 

การเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนครั้งนี้จะglovขายให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นเดิมของบริษัทที่มีรายชื่อปรากฎอยู่ในวันกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นเพื่อสิทธิในการจองซื้อหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุน (Record Date) ณ วันที่ 2 มิ.ย.60 และให้รวบรวมรายชื่อตามมาตรา 225 ของพระราชบัญญัติหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. 2535 (รวมทั้งที่มีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม) ด้วยวิธีปิดสมุดพักการโอนหุ้นในวันที่ 5 มิ.ย.60 และกำหนดวันจองซื้อและรับชำระเงินค่าหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนในวันที่ 17-21 ก.ค.60
