ด้านนายเผ่าพิทยา สมุทรกลิน กรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส บริษัท เหมราช รีท แมนเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด ในฐานะผู้จัดการกองทรัสต์ HREIT กล่าวว่า กระแสการตอบรับจากผู้ถือหน่วย WHART รวมถึงนักลงทุนสถาบันดีเกินคาด คงเป็นผลจากความเชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพการบริหาร รวมถึงมีความโดดเด่นของกองทรัสต์ ที่เป็นทางเลือกในการลงทุนที่ดีสำหรับนักลงทุน โดยเฉพาะจากผลตอบแทนการลงทุนที่สม่ำเสมอ จากสิทธิการเช่าที่ดินและอาคารโรงงานและคลังสินค้าเป็นเวลา 30 ปี และโอกาสในการต่อสัญญาอายุการเช่าอีก 30 ปี รวมเป็น 60 ปี ซึ่งสามารถส่งต่อการลงทุนถึงลูกหลานได้

THCOM reported a net loss of THB 32.99 million for the first quarter of 2019, a decrease of from THB 1,864 million for 1Q18 mainly due to the gain on sale of CSL’s shares in the first quarter of 2018. Considering only normalized profit (excluded profit from sales of CSL and impairment loss), THCOM’s normalized profit (loss) in 1Q19 was a loss of THB 33 million, decreased from a net loss of THB 28 million in 1Q18 following revenue drop and also a lower share of profit of investment in the joint venture.

In this regard, the Company gathered information of damages truly incurred such as amount of money the Company paid for purchasing equipment, labor cost for installation and financial cost arisen during Network construction totaling 434,242,557 Baht. Cost value of Network System invested by the Company can be checked from the Company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 already audited by certified auditor while the Company also submitted all required papers to the Court as well.

นางนฤมล ภิญโญสินวัฒน์ โฆษกประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) มีมติเห็นชอบตามที่กระทรวงการคลังเสนอเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบกองทุนรวมหุ้นระยะยาว (LTF) ที่จะครบกำหนดภายในปี 62 นี้ เป็นกองทุนใหม่ภายใต้ชื่อ กองทุนเพื่อการออมระยะยาวรูปแบบใหม่ หรือ Super Savings Fund (SSF) โดยสามารถนำมาหักลดหย่อนภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาได้เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 30% (จากเดิม 15%) แต่ไม่เกิน 2 แสนบาท แต่เมื่อรวมกับวงเงินลดหย่อนจากกองทุนอื่นแล้วจะต้องไม่เกิน 5 แสนบาทต่อปีภาษี และกำหนดระยะเวลาการถือครอง 10 ปี จากเดิม 7 ปี
