นายชูวิทย์ จึงธนสมบูรณ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท นอร์ทอีส รับเบอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ NER เปิดเผยว่า ราคายางในวันนี้ (3 ธ.ค. 63) ข้อมูลจากการยางแห่งประเทศไทย โดยราคายางแผ่นรมควัน (RSS) อยู่ที่ 73.29 บาท/กิโลกรัม ซึ่งเป็นราคากลางจากจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ทำให้บริษัทได้รับผลดีเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากช่วงนี้ลูกค้ามีการสั่งสินค้าเป็นจำนวนมาก เพราะได้มีการประเมินว่าราคายางอาจจะปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นสูงกว่านี้ แต่ทางบริษัทก็ยังคงขายสินค้าปกติตามที่มีอยู่ และหากทิศทางราคายางยังมีการปรับตัวสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลประกอบการของบริษัทจะมีการปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นตามไปด้วย

อย่างไรก็ตาม ความคืบหน้าของการเบิกใช้และการอนุมัติวงเงินสินเชื่อ Soft laon ในครั้งนี้ยังต้องขึ้นอยู่กับอีกหลายเงื่อนไขที่ทางธนาคารพาณิชย์จะพิจารณา และความพร้อมของลูกค้า แต่ถือว่าลูกค้ากลุ่มเอสเอ็มอีรายกลางขึ้นไปซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าเดิมของธนาคารที่ใช้วงเงินสินเชื่ออยู่แล้วจะได้รับประโยชน์ในมาตรการนี้ ทำให้ผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีที่ได้รับวงเงินสินเชื่อไปใช้สามารถมีเงินทุนในการพยุงกิจการให้ไปต่อได้ และธนาคารพาณิชย์ก็ได้รับผลกระทบมากนัก เพราะลูกค้าซึ่งเป็นลูกหนี้ของธนาคารยังสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้อีก ช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับธนาคาร และผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีด้วย

Pace Development Corporation Public Company Limited or PACE announced that on 1 August 2018, Dean DeLuca Asia (Thailand) Company Limited (a subsidiary that PACE has indirect control 100.00%) executed the Master Franchise Agreement with NPPG (Thailand) Public Company Limited or NPPG to grant an exclusive franchise right, sub-franchisable rights to open and operate the Dean DeLuca Cafés and the Dean DeLuca Markets for the period of 5 years with the right to renew in accordance with the terms and conditions specified under the Master Franchise Agreement.
