The disposal of MTI shares to non-connected persons amounting 1,535,000 shares were divided to Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth at the amount of 850,000 shares or 1.44% and to Mrs. Chailada Tantivejakul at the amount of 685,000 shares or 1.16%.

ทั้งนี้ให้สังเกตหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงินรวมข้อ 8 เกี่ยวกับเงินให้กู้ยืมและดอกเบี้ยค้างรับว่า ธุรกิจหลักของบริษัทฯคือให้สินเชื่อเช่าซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์ บริษัทฯได้ดำเนินการนอกธุรกิจหลักโดยได้ให้เงินกู้ยืมแก่ผู้กู้สองกลุ่มในจำนวนเงินที่เป็นสาระสำคัญ
